1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website (klessi.com) and using our services, including AI-powered websites, chatbots, AI agents, reports, pitch decks, and infographics (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

These Services are provided by Business for Change LTD ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the United Kingdom, operating under the trading name "klessi".

2. Our Services

klessi provides AI-powered digital services including websites, chatbots, AI agents, reports, pitch decks, and infographics for small businesses. All services are delivered as described in individual project agreements or service descriptions on our website.

3. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Payments: All fees for our Services are due as specified in your project agreement or invoice. Payment terms are typically 50% upfront and 50% on delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations & Refunds: If you wish to cancel a project before work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of any deposit paid. Once work has commenced, the initial deposit is non-refundable. For completed deliverables, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with the specific project agreement.

We reserve the right to reschedule delivery dates due to unforeseen circumstances, and will provide you with as much notice as possible in such events.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment for a Service, you are granted full ownership of the final deliverables produced for you (website source code, chatbot configuration, report files, design assets). You may use, modify, and host these deliverables as you see fit.

6. Confidentiality

We will treat all information you share with us during the provision of our Services as confidential. Likewise, you agree to keep confidential all proprietary information, frameworks, and tools we share with you during the project.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Modifications to Terms and Services

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services or these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of these Terms.
